How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We dont have a user registration system on our website, so we don’t collect users personal information other than that what is necessary at the time of checkout to process online purchase orders successfully. For online orders we only save Name, Email, Shipping Address and Phone Number.

What rights you have over your data

If you have left comments, on our website you can request to remove that comment including any personal data we hold about you to identify your comment. We however cannot delete your order information which we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
